We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, assembly, and welding, along with proficiency in using Onshape for design modifications and improvements. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, durability, and efficiency of our security products.

• Fabricate and assemble metal components for Sentry PODS surveillance units.
• Interpret and modify designs using Onshape CAD software to improve production efficiency and product performance.
• Operate various fabrication tools, including welders, plasma cutters, and CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure components meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to refine and enhance product designs.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges in real time.

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Onshape or similar CAD software for design and modification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
