MRO Technician (Manufacturing)

• Manage and organize MRO inventory (maintenance, repair, and operations supplies)
• Ensure critical parts are stocked, tracked, and ready when needed
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams
• Source parts, place orders, and manage vendors
• Help reduce downtime by making sure the right materials are always available
• Maintain accurate inventory records and improve stock processes
• Support the continuous improvement of MRO systems and the organization

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of maintenance parts, tools, and equipment
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and industrial components
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Someone who's been around manufacturing for a while and wants something new, but still hands-on and impactful

• Inventory management or storeroom experience
• CMMS or ERP system experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to read part numbers, manuals, and equipment documentation
• Comfortable working around production equipment and maintenance teams
