General Laborers - First​/Third Shifts

Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking individuals to perform a variety of duties. There is an opening on both first and third shifts.

Job Duties:

• Safely operate and maintain shot-blast equipment
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists to move materials to specific storage areas and work areas through the facility
• Assist in loading machines, positioning work, and set up jobs
• Match and manage paperwork, label containers, and visually inspect products
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Follow all company work instructions and operating procedures, policies, health and environmental regulations, and housekeeping program

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Must be mechanically inclined and have basic machine knowledge
• Must be able to operate forklift, cranes, and hoists, and manually lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Must be able to abide by all company policies and regulations
• Must be able to keep work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Must have the ability to climb ladders, crouch, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, kneel, stand, and lift above shoulders to complete tasks
