Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead cleaning teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently achieved.
  • Coach, train, and support new and existing team members on cleaning protocols and company standards, including hands-on training.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and accountability within cleaning operations.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as needed and lead by example on the job site.
  • Manage work within established production time and supply budgets.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and ensure proper use by team members.
  • Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in the company’s safety program.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional image and foster positive relationships with customers and the public.
  • Report equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and other issues to the Account Manager.
  • Adhere to all company policies, rules, and operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
