- Supervise and lead cleaning teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently achieved.
- Coach, train, and support new and existing team members on cleaning protocols and company standards, including hands-on training.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and accountability within cleaning operations.
- Assist with cleaning tasks as needed and lead by example on the job site.
- Manage work within established production time and supply budgets.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and ensure proper use by team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in the company’s safety program.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional image and foster positive relationships with customers and the public.
- Report equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and other issues to the Account Manager.
- Adhere to all company policies, rules, and operating procedures.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
