Assist the Press Room operations and provide support to the Pressman.

• Safely remove product bundles off the press using the lift system.
• Accurately stack skids in the correct order.
• Participate in the Make Ready process and assist in hanging plates.
• Perform pagination checks and quality assessments once production is underway.
• Assist with Press wash‑up during changeovers.
• Consistently observe and follow all safety protocols, including proper bending and lifting techniques.

• Dependable, reliable, and responsible commitment to job duties.

• Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
• Capability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 10 to 12‑hour shifts as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Press Room setting.
• Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions.

• Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment.
• Regularly bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
