- Assign labor strategically across presses to optimize production output and efficiency
- Drive key performance metrics and leverage data analytics to ensure timely product delivery
- Monitor and improve labor utilization and material utilization rates across production operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead continuous improvement projects focused on reducing scrap and enhancing overall efficiencies
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing and leading production teams
- Must have direct experience in injection molded product manufacturing
