Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Akron. This contract position offers a salary of $1,200 per month.
Responsibilities- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes.
- Mix, knead, and shape dough by hand or using specialized equipment.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust them as needed.
- Decorate and present finished products.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
Minimum 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
