Help produce tightly toleranced medical instruments and implants by running and setting up CNC mill-turn machines. Keep production flowing, quality high, and documentation accurate.
Impact Areas Operations:
Independently run multiple CNC mill-turn platforms
Setup:
Complete setups for new/recurring jobs, set tooling for all machine types in your zone Change Management:
Perform tool changes, change-overs, and tool size changes with minimal downtime
Quality:
Inspect parts using appropriate tools and equipment; apply advanced print reading and GD&TFinishing:
Deburr parts to meet medical-grade standards
Equipment Care:
Execute daily preventive maintenance independently
Documentation:
Accurately complete job traveler, I.P. sheets, and maintain the First Piece Log What You Bring Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation
Advanced blueprint reading capability
Deep familiarity with GD&T principles
Demonstrated CNC setup experience
Team-first attitude and communication skills
