All-Tech Manufacturing is expanding its machining capacity to support a steady pipeline of precision components across aerospace, medical, and industrial programs.
This role is critical in taking parts from print to completion — with a strong focus on CNC lathe work, process ownership, and first-piece quality.
The Work You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Program, set up, and run CNC lathes (primary focus) and mills as needed
- Take parts from print to first-piece completion independently
- Work heavily on DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and specifications
- Select tooling and optimize machining processes
- Prove out programs and validate setups
- Perform first-article and in-process inspection
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets

CNC Lathes (Primary Focus)- DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 (2023 & 2025) (primary machine of this position)

- Doosan Puma GT2100 (bar-fed)
- Daewoo Puma Series
- Hitachi Seiki HT20
- Doosan DNM 4500
- Doosan DNM 400
- Hyundai KF5600
- Fanuc
- Mitsubishi
- CAM programming and conversational controls
- Calipers, micrometers, gauges, and standard inspection equipment
- Aluminum

Required
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC lathe experience (setup + programming)
- Ability to take parts from print to completion independently
- Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation
- Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process optimization
- Experience with DMG Mori NLX or similar high-end turning centers
- Experience with bar-fed lathe environments
- CAM programming experience
- Exposure to high-mix production
- Strong lathe-focused shop with modern equipment
- Newer DMG Mori NLX machines alongside proven platforms
- High level of independence and ownership
- Variety of work (prototype → production)
