• Drive operational excellence through strategic process improvements within a plastic injection molding operation
• Serve as a key technical leader responsible for enhancing productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements throughout manufacturing processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to optimize operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute to capital projects and sustainable plant operations to support long-term business growth

• Hands-on experience with plastics manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, or compression molding
• BS degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
