Finishing Technician

As a Finishing Technician you will be responsible for operating and maintaining finishing equipment to produce high-quality finished products This role requires attention to detail physical dexterity and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues You will work closely with other team members to ensure production goals are met and quality standards are upheld

• Operate finishing equipment such as sanders buffers and polishers
• Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating finishing equipment preferred but not required
• Physical dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or imperfections in finished products
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to work well in a team environment

This is a full-time position located in Akron The salary is $1600 per month Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates Accommodation is not provided English language proficiency is required
