Finisher for Furniture Manufacturing Company in Akron, Philippines

A reputable furniture manufacturing company in Akron Philippines is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher you will be responsible for applying finishes to furniture products to enhance their appearance and durability.

• Prepare surfaces of furniture products for finishing by sanding scraping and filling imperfection
• Select appropriate finishing materials and methods based on the type of furniture product and desired finish
• Apply stains paints varnishes and other finishes using brushes sprayers or rollers
• Ensure consistency and quality of finish across all furniture products
• Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or corrections
• Maintain proper inventory of finishing materials and equipment
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols when handling hazardous materials

• Proven experience as a Finisher in the furniture manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of different types of wood and their reaction to various finishes
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions for specific finishes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce consistent results
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects when needed
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members

We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month with potential for growth within the company

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
