Entry-Level Baker

We are a well-established bakery in Akron looking for an entry-level Baker to join our team As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards This is a full-time position with accommodation provided

• Prepare doughs and batters accurately according to recipes
• Operate ovens and other baking equipment properly
• Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
• Decorate and finish products with toppings or fillings as needed
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
• Follow food safety guidelines at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a bakery or culinary field preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time lift heavy objects and work in hot conditions
• Applicants must have their own visa

Salary $1200 per month

Location Akron Ohio

Preference for Indian nationals
