We are looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our team on the 1st Shift. In this role, you will be operating small-part rubber molds to produce high-quality mounts, rubber straps, gaskets, and connectors. This is a fast-paced environment where you will start on one mold with short cycle times (8–30 minutes) and eventually scale up to running 1 to 3 machines.
All initial training takes place entirely on this shift, making it the perfect opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn the ropes directly from our team.
Shift & CompensationHours:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)Starting Pay: $15.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
The Path to Permanent:
We hire in after 90 days. Once officially hired on, you will receive an immediate +$1.00/hr raise!

Physical Demands:
Must be able to handle a hot/dirty environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (heavy lifting is infrequent).Dress Code:
Casual and comfortable! Shorts and tank tops are acceptable.Footwear:
Tennis shoes are perfectly fine. Steel-toed boots are recommended but not required.

Ample parking is located right on the side of the building.Bus Access:
The nearest bus stop is on Brittain Rd (approximately a 0.5-mile walk to the facility).
