• Lead and execute mold change startups to ensure seamless production transitions
• Perform mold changes as needed to support ongoing manufacturing operations
• Maintain and update process cards for all mold and machine combinations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Execute mold repairs directly in the press to minimize production interruptions
• Complete mold change checklists to maintain quality and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues proactively to minimize downtime
• Optimize tooling and process parameters to drive improvements in product quality and operational efficiency

• Demonstrated experience in plastic injection molding within an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple levels of the organization
