We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator in Akron, Ohio. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various types of machinery used in production processes. This is an urgent job opportunity that requires no prior experience.

• Operate and maintain machinery according to company guidelines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues that may arise
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of machine operation is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
