Röchling Automotive in Akron, OH is seeking a Production Shift Leader for the 3rd shift. You will provide direct leadership and supervision to production employees, ensure the daily production schedule, and drive safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Candidate requirements include 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and 2+ years in automotive manufacturing. Experience with Lean, 5S, KVP/Kaizen and tracking KPIs is valued. Plastic injection molding experience is preferred.
