JR-Be part of the Innovation Center Manufacturing team as an Area Manager (2nd Shift), producing high-performance tires for Goodyear Racing. In this role, you will lead 25–30 production associates in a unionized environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.## ## ##

** What You Will Do
*** Lead day-to-day operations for the 2nd shift
* Monitor performance and ensure production targets are met
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations)
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement## ## ##
** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor's Degree or 5 years relevant work experience.
* Minimum of one-year relevant work experience, manufacturing or military experience preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
