Manufacturing Associate-Bindery​/Finishing

TKC - Kodi Collective LLC seeks a Manufacturing Associate-Bindery/Finishing to support production of high-quality printed and mission-critical materials for government and defense clients. In this role, you'll set up and operate bindery and finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, laminators, and stitchers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with security and quality standards. You'll follow detailed work orders, maintain precise documentation, and collaborate with production and technical teams in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment focused on innovation and mission success.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, laminators, stitchers).
• Inspect output for quality, accuracy, and adherence to production specifications and security standards.
• Follow production schedules, prioritize work orders, and meet strict deadlines for government and defense clients.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Accurately track materials, counts, and job status in production systems and documentation.
• Follow safety, security, and quality-control procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce defects.
