- Bindery/Finishing to support secure production for government and defense clients. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality, accurate output that meets strict specifications and security standards. You'll perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work in production systems. Working in a tech-forward, collaborative environment, you'll partner with engineering and IT teams, follow safety and compliance procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement across the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment for print and digital-hybrid products
• Ensure output meets quality standards, specifications, and security requirements for government clients
• Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
• Follow production schedules, document work, and maintain accurate records in production systems
• Adhere to safety, security, and compliance procedures in a controlled production environment
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to optimize workflows and resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new technology or equipment
