TKC - Kodi Collective LLC seeks a Manufacturing Technician specializing in bindery operations to support mission-focused government and defense programs. In this role, you will operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment, ensure precise production quality, and follow digital workflows that integrate with advanced information systems. You will set up machines, monitor output, perform routine troubleshooting, and document production data for compliance and reporting.
Working in a collaborative, tech-forward environment, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, safety practices, and on-time delivery of critical materials for government clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bindery and finishing equipment to meet production targets
- Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform test runs to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment
- Follow digital production workflows and accurately record production data
- Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards for government and defense projects
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and optimize throughput
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements
