Assistant Manufacturing Technician

TKC - Kodi Collective LLC seeks an Assistant Manufacturing Technician to support production of technology components for government and defense clients. In this role, you will assist with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of IT and electronic hardware, follow detailed work instructions, and document results in digital systems. You'll operate basic production tools, perform quality checks, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support process improvements.

Working in a collaborative, mission-focused environment, you'll partner with engineers and senior technicians while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and structured on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembly and production of IT and electronic hardware components
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and standard operating procedures
• Conduct basic functional tests and inspections on manufactured units
• Document production activities, test results, and issues in digital tracking systems
• Support troubleshooting of simple manufacturing and equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with standards
• Operate basic manufacturing tools and equipment under supervision
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to implement process improvements
• Support inventory handling, packaging, and preparation for shipment
