Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial production and processing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to optimal operating conditions
• Record maintenance and repair work performed, and the costs of the work
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance machine reliability and performance
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and safety
• Provide technical support and training to other personnel as needed

Required Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using tools and repair equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
