Welder - Entry Level

As a Welder you will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques Your main duties will include operating welding equipment interpreting blueprints and technical drawings and performing quality checks on finished products This is an entry level position making it suitable for those without previous welding experience

• Operate welding equipment to join metal parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of welding equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the welding equipment as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a welding program or certification preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks accurately
• Physical dexterity and ability to work in various positions for extended periods of time
• Willingness to learn new techniques and skills on the job

This is a full-time position located in Akron with a starting salary of $1400 per month No prior experience is necessary making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in welding The work environment may involve exposure to heat fumes loud noises and other hazards commonly associated with welding Protective gear will be provided for safety
