Production Worker

Barberton Mancan is assisting a successful, family-owned Akron area company is looking for permanent, dedicated, family-oriented heavy laborers to work on their Production Line.

JOB SPECS:

• FULL TIME

• Available shifts
- Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 1:00am
• $16.00 /hr
* temp to perm position --> increase to $18/ hour upon hire in

plus upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period as a full-time employee, employees will receive an additional $0.50 per hour wage increase

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• Previous production, heavy-lifting general labor, or food service experience

• Good previous job longevity

• Submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Repetitive Motion, pulling, grasping, standing, walking

• Bending, Lifting and Carrying up to 100 lbs. repetitively
