$52,000 annual salary

Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as Via Quest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care.

• Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Presenting information about our services to groups and individuals, visiting with facilities, establishing meetings, attending conferences/marketing events, distributing company literature and developing relationships in the community.
• Tracking referral data and outcomes.
• Tracking and following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
• Collaborating with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinating company promotional activities with Via Quest Marketing Department, responding to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Researching opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.

• Experience working in/with SNFs preferred.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
• Strong communication and a comfort level with public speaking.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, go‑getter attitude.
• Day travel required (approximately 25% statewide).
