Head of Communications

Fitz Drake Search, Inc is a retained executive search firm located in Northern Virginia. We are conducting a confidential search for a newly created Director of Communications role with a prominent, publicly traded energy company.

This executive-level position will serve as the senior communications advisor to the State President and as a member of the executive leadership team. The Director will shape and execute an integrated communications strategy spanning executive counsel, internal and external communications, customer messaging, media relations, and community engagement.

The company is undergoing significant growth and innovation, making this a rare opportunity to build the communications function and influence how the organization engages its employees, customers, communities, and other key stakeholders.

The position is based in Ohio and requires four days a week in the office. Relocation assistance is available. The compensation package includes a highly competitive base salary and annual short- and long-term incentive opportunities.
