Silver Pearls is seeking an outgoing, professional, and community-minded Community Outreach Coordinator to help build relationships and increase awareness of our senior lifestyle and home support services throughout Northeast Ohio.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building genuine relationships, attending community events, and connecting older adults and their families with helpful resources.
The Community Outreach Coordinator will represent Silver Pearls in the community by developing relationships with senior-serving organizations, community partners, healthcare and rehabilitation organizations, residential communities, and other potential referral sources.

Represent Silver Pearls professionally at community events, senior fairs, expos, networking events, and other outreach opportunities

Introduce Silver Pearls services to potential clients, families, community organizations, and referral partners

Build and maintain relationships with senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, community organizations, and other senior-serving professionals

Distribute approved Silver Pearls brochures, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials

Identify potential referral and partnership opportunities

Follow up with community contacts and prospective referral partners

Collect and accurately document prospective client and referral leads

Assist with outreach campaigns and community engagement initiatives

Help identify relevant community events, networking opportunities, senior programs, and partnership opportunities

Communicate community feedback, potential service opportunities, and outreach results to Silver Pearls

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with clients, families, partners, and community members
