Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) positions are offered for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN schedules. CNAs provide one‑on‑one companionship and non‑medical hands‑on care—including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, assistance with transfers, housekeeping, laundry, pet care, transportation to doctor appointments, errands, and medication reminders—to seniors in Brookdale Senior Living Communities.

• Collaborate with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors.
• Provide one‑on‑one companionship and support for daily living activities.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and conduct vital sign checks.
• Document resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain state certification and successfully complete the State CNA/STNA course.

• State‑tested Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio.
• Ability to provide non‑medical hands‑on care and daily living assistance.
• Valid state certification and ongoing maintenance of certification.

Base pay is determined by skills and experience. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
