LPN Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and document administration per facility guidelines
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Monitor resident health and report changes or concerns to appropriate staff
  • Support and supervise caregivers as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
  • Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings
  • Uphold a professional, respectful demeanor with all residents, families, and team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum 6 months of clinical or senior care experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with senior or memory care residents is a plus
