Position
Part‑time Float Nurse Practitioner (24 hours per week)
ScheduleTuesday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of clinical license.
- Provide holistic care – prevention, chronic disease management, health education.
- Use resources such as Up To Date and RubiconMD for patient care.
- Work autonomously in a patient‑first environment with a commitment to ingenuity, courage, and community.
- Remain flexible to cover shifts for absent teammates and fill vacancy positions as needed.
- Travel to multiple locations within the same state or across states as required.
- Collaborate with different teams in diverse settings; ensure continuity of work processes and procedures.
- Maintain consistency with follow‑through and transitions of tasks.
- Active RN license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
- Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per state regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start.
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit preferred.
- Active PA license and current NCCPA board certification.
- Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per state regulation.
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.

$57.00–$74.00 per hour. Actual offer may vary based on geographic location and years of experience.
