RN Ambulatory Team Lead – Primary Care

About This Role

As an RN Ambulatory Team Lead at Cleveland Clinic Akron General's Bath Health and Wellness Center, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, and caregiver education while providing direct patient support. • Pay: $34.50 - $54.40/hour

• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Assist in preparing department‑specific education.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN Program)

Experience:

• 2 years of recent RN experience

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
