ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Akron, Ohio.
Position Details- Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 07/24/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the NICU with a minimum of 18 months recent experience. The RN will work night shifts, providing exceptional care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Candidates must hold a valid Ohio license or a compact state license.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs and assessments of patients.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Document patient care and responses accurately in the charting system.
- Minimum of 18 months recent NICU experience.
- A permanent Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required.
