We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality care to patients in a telemetry unit, ensuring their safety and comfort while delivering evidence‑based nursing interventions.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Document patient information and care provided accurately in patient records.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Current Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
- Active certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- Reference from a supervisor or director in the specialty is required for submission.
