CHC Addiction Services in Akron, OH seeks a full-time LPN to travel between our female and male residential programs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with duties including administering methadone and buprenorphine, direct nursing care, charting, EKGs, blood draws and urine specimens.
Minimum requirements:
graduate of a certified LPN program, current Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, high school diploma, clean driving record, and ability to work with medication exposure.
