• Minimum of 18 months OR RN experience
• Valid RN license (Ohio or Compact State license)
• AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
• Willingness to obtain Ohio licensure if not already licensed

• Circulate in the OR as an RN, ensuring adherence to surgical protocols and maintaining a sterile environment
• Utilize scrub experience and key skills such as sterile technique and patient monitoring during surgeries
• Assist with preparation of the operating room, setup, and post‑operative care using industry‑standard practices
