Join our team as a Weekend Warrior State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Assisting with meal service and feeding when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team
- Active Ohio State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Preference for candidates with long-term care experience
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Additional requirements involve completing a pre-employment physical and BCI fingerprinting background check. The role offers a consistent weekend schedule, with options to work additional hours for increased pay in a supportive, lower-acuity environment. The facility maintains a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free policy, with direct deposit required.
