RN - PICU

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PICU RN Float. The successful candidate will float between our main campus and a secondary location. The position involves providing high-quality care for pediatric patients in critical conditions.

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Float to other acute care units and the NICU as needed.
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and PPE usage.
• Assist with ECMO and CRRT procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary support team to provide comprehensive care.

• Current Ohio or Compact RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, specifically in the PICU setting.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Charge experience is a plus.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
