Summa Health is seeking an Nurse Practitioner to join our established team. This provider will be joining two physicians and one other APP. This team works collaboratively with other specialists to assist in the care of their patients. Complex care is a person-centered approach to address the needs of people who experience combinations of medical, behavioral health, and social challenges and through this clinic we can provide the appropriate care and resources.

The selected provider will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of nearly 700 providers employed by Summa Health. Summa Health - headquartered in Akron, Ohio - is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.

• Monday through Friday, Normal Business Hours
• No weekends and No call requirement
• 1 Hour visits with your patients
• Outpatient setting with minimal requirement to do home visits to better accommodate our patients
• Employed position with comprehensive benefit package and competitive compensation

• Candidate will join an established group that embraces team approach
• Epic System's EMR

• Master's Degree in Nursing with completion of Advanced Practice program in area of expertise and National certification as CNP, CNM, or CNS.
• Seeking experienced providers; 3 to 5 years required
• Experience with having their own patient panel is preferred
• Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain
• BLS Certification
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment
