The Essentials:

• Schedule: Part-Time Exempt— 24 hours per week | Monday-Friday Variable Days

What You'll Do:

• Advanced Practice Provider (APP), including the Physician Assistant (PA) and Nurse Practitioner (NP), provides comprehensive patient care across acute, outpatient, and alternative care settings under physician supervision.

• Communicates with referring or primary care physicians regarding patient care and treatment;
  Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, case managers and other advance practitioners.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Advanced Degree in Physician Assistant studies and/or Nursing
• Experience: Minimum Three (3) to Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in field or profession.
• Skills: Good organizational skills; exceptional customer service, and above average oral and written communication skills.

  Certifications:
  
  Licensed to practice as a Physician’s Assistant in the State of Ohio and certified by the NCCPA OR licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio. BLS required.
