Luminary Hospice in Ohio is seeking an on-call registered nurse to support patients and families after hours in their homes. You will perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet evolving needs.
The role requires an active nursing license, CPR certification, and 2–5 years of relevant hospice or end-of-life care experience;
Medicare Hospice knowledge is preferred.
