Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective patient management and optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
• Assess patient health status and document clinical findings accurately.
• Implement care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, clinical, and hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
• Pass the ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessment during orientation.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and ability to work night shifts reliably.
