Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care Facility; Akron, Canada)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our long-term care facility in Akron Canada As a Registered Nurse you will play an essential role in providing high-quality and personalized care for our elderly residents

• Assessing the physical emotional and psychosocial needs of residents
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring resident progress and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents
• Educating residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and feeding

• Must be a registered nurse with a valid license in Canada or eligible for licensure through the College of Nurses of Ontario CNO
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate attitude towards elderly residents
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

• Starting salary for this position is $1000 per week
• Salary may increase based on experience and qualifications
