Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio
