Armada Recovery - PHP/IOP Program
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Approximately 20-22 hours per week
4 hours/day, 5 days per week, or
4 hours/day, 4 days per week and 6 hours on one day

Armada Recovery is seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and clinical support for adults receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment services.
We are seeking a provider who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
PreferredPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
Experience working in behavioral health, addiction treatment, PHP, IOP, or outpatient psychiatric settings
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Experience managing psychiatric medications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Provide medication management and ongoing treatment recommendations
Review and monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with therapists, counselors, nursing staff, and medical providers
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
Ensure compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
We prefer candidates who are available for on-site coverage
, though a combination of on-site and telepsychiatry services may be considered for the right candidate.
