Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Registered Nurse 12 Hour Shifts! to join our team at Canal Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Akron, OH. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents and their families. • Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of residents, including medication administration, wound care, and daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physician
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and billing information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and quality care

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in long term care preferred
