A leading animal care organization in Akron seeks a Temporary Animal Keeper for a six-month paid position. Responsibilities include providing husbandry, training, and enrichment for animal ambassadors, and delivering engaging public programming during peak seasons. Candidates should have at least six months of animal care experience, a preferred four-year degree, and excellent communication skills for interacting with audiences. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required, along with a negative TB test and tetanus vaccine.
