Gardener

Our landscaping company is seeking an experienced gardener to join our team in Akron.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, trees and flowers.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

• Planting, pruning and maintaining various types of plants, trees, and flowers
• Watering and fertilizing plants as needed
• Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
• Maintaining garden equipment and tools
• Designing and implementing new garden layouts
• Collaborating with other team members on landscaping projects
• Providing excellent customer service to clients

• Prior experience as a gardener or landscaper preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different types of plants, trees and flowers
• Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members
• Attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of gardens
