Gardener

We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Akron. As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our outdoor spaces by planting, pruning and caring for a variety of plants and flowers. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

• Planting, watering and fertilizing flowers, shrubs and trees
• Pruning and trimming plants to maintain their health and appearance
• Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
• Maintaining garden tools and equipment
• Removing weeds and debris from gardens
• Designing and implementing new landscaping projects
• Providing recommendations for improving garden maintenance

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of plant care, pest control and landscaping techniques
• Ability to operate gardening equipment including mowers, trimmers and hand tools
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
