Quality Inspection Technician

Job Description

We have an immediate need for a detail-oriented Quality Inspection Technician to inspect parts and ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and depth gauges
• Verify dimensions by comparing parts to prints, profiles, and fixtures
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with production to address quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
• Must have experience using mics, calipers, gauges, and other standard measuring instruments
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprint and specifications
• Must have strong problem-solving skills while being detail-oriented
• Must be able to work safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures
